General Office and Data Centers - Nightly

All flooring will be swept and damp mopped.
Furniture and fixtures, including window sills, file cabinets, baseboards, chair rails, trims, radiators, office equipment, computer terminals, picture frames and other wall hangings, etc. within normal reach will be hand dusted and wiped clean with a treated cloth.
Wastepaper baskets, ashtrays, and receptacles will be emptied nightly and cleaned as necessary. Protective liners will be inserted in wastepaper baskets.
Water fountains and coolers will be washed and disinfected.
Finger and other marks will be removed from all prominent areas including interior partition glass, light switches, wall switches, etc.
All gum and foreign matter within sight will be removed.

Vacuum all carpeted areas.
Sweep and wet mop all floors. Special attention is given to the removal of dust and dirt from under the desks, chairs, baseboards, corners and other hard to reach places.
Gather all waste material in containers and empty waste baskets.
Place waste for disposal in designated area.
All gum and foreign matter will be removed.
Lobby and corridor walls will be dusted and spot cleaned.
All water fountains and water coolers will be washed and disinfected.
Entrance door glass will be cleaned.
Mats and other material designed for inclement weather will be cleaned. Floor area under mats will be cleaned

Entrance, Lobbies, and Corridors

Sweep, wash, and disinfect all lavatory floors.
Clean, deodorize and disinfect all hand basins, toilet bowls, and urinals both inside and out.
Clean and disinfect toilet seats (both sides).
Wash and polish all mirrors, powder shelves, shelves, cabinets, dispensers, nickel and chrome fixtures, enamel and Formica surfaces.
Empty all wastepaper receptacles and sanitary napkin receptacles to designated areas.
Refill all toilet tissue, towel and soap dispensers as needed.
Disinfect all tile walls and lavatory partitions.
Remove finger marks from painted surfaces.
All graffiti will be removed.
All door louvers and ventilating louvers within reach will be cleaned.
Exterior lighting fixtures within reach will be dusted
High reach areas will be cleaned monthly... (ladder to be supplied by customer)

Lavatories

All resilient flooring will be stripped and waxed quarterly, buffed weekly.
High dusting not included in nightly cleaning will be done quarterly.
Vacuum upholstered furniture, drapes, etc. (biannually)
Wash thermostats and other ventilating louvers (annually)
Clean interior partition glass (Monthly)
Paneled walls and surfaces will be washed and treated with lemon oil. (annually)

General Office and Data Centers - Periodic

Lunch Rooms and Lounges

Upon completion of work, all slop sinks will be thoroughly cleaned. Cleaning equipment and supplies will be stored neatly in designated areas.
Locker rooms and mechanical equipment areas will be kept in a neat and orderly condition.
All pipes, ducts, ventilating grills, air conditioning units, and other accessible equipment will be dusted (biannually)
Loading dock area will be cleaned of wastepaper, cardboard and rubbish.
Floors in Electric, data, and telephone closets will be swept and washed as required.
