1. Do You Do One-Time Cleanings?

Yes. One-time cleanings include move-ins and move-outs, spring-cleaning, service prior to a big event and other non-recurring services. All one-time services can be Estimated. If additional.time is needed and you authorize the additional time, our cleaners will continue to clean and your price will be adjusted accordingly. Our cleaners will not spend additional time cleaning without your prior approval.

2. What is the Cost of My Cleaning?

Cleaning fees are based on the distance, size and condition of your home. When you receive the initial estimate, it is just that -- an estimate. Once the cleaner enters your home, they will give you an estimate of how long the cleaning should take. If the actual time needed increases, our staff will continue to clean only if you authorize additional time, and your price will be adjusted accordingly. We will not spend additional time cleaning without your prior approval.

3. Should I Tip The Cleaner?

If you are pleased with the cleaning, we encourage you to show your appreciation to your cleaner. Although not required, a gratuity is a powerful way to say, "I appreciate your work."

4. What will Your Cleaner Do?

We can provide a cleaner to perform virtually any domestic task that does not compromise the individual's integrity or safety.

5. Do Your Cleaners Speak English?

Yes, All of our cleaners Speak  English.

6. Do You Provide Cleaning Supplies?

Yes, for an additional $25 and provided you arrange for us to bring the supplies in advance. The cleaners do not travel with any cleaning supplies.

7. What Cleaning Supplies Are Needed?

Bare Necessities

Mop, Windex, Pledge, Sponges, Toilet Brush, Paper Towels, Comet or Ajax, Vacuum Cleaner, Broom & Dust Pan, Mr. Clean or pine sol.

Extras

Tilex, Fantastic, Silver Polish, S.O.S or Brillo Pads, Swiffer Mop for wood floors Toilet bowl cleaner, (Lysol recommended), Murphy's Oil Soap, (for poly-wood floors), Future & a sponge mop, (For non-ceramic tile floors), Pledge (only if you want a, ''Quick-Fix'' on inexpensive furniture).
